FIELD SCHEDULING AND CONDITIONS

Please keep the following in mind when scheduling games and practices.

1)  All requests must go through Wendy Grant in our main office.

2)  Please get in your game and practice schedules AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! when you know so that Wendy can reserve your time and the park crew can prepare your field. We know that during this time of year we deal with many rainouts and reschedules, but we cannot guarantee your field will be ready (or available) if you reschedule your game/practice without notifying us.

3)  Field condition reports will be posted on our website and Facebook page as soon as possible during rainy periods. We will not call every coach directly, it is your responsibility to either check our website, Facebook messages or call in if there is a questionable weather is between 2-3pm as decisions will be made by then (we will make them earlier when possible).

4)  Remember to replace tarps (if using MRT or STAZ) and leave batting cages and fields as you found them. Inform us immediately of any safety concerns or field maintenance issues. Our goal is to serve as manyu people as possible, and to provide a safe experience for all kids.
